Find a truck, or find a load
Post what needs moving and verified carriers bid for it. Nobody sees anyone else's price, so the quotes come in sharp. The driver gets it signed at the door and the invoice has to match.
Free to post and free to bid. You only pay when a load is booked.

OMEX Connect is opening to its first shippers and carriers. Register now and you can trade as soon as your company has been verified.
Pay less per load
Carriers bid blind. They quote their best price the first time instead of leaving room to haggle.
- One post reaches every verified carrier, so you stop ringing five transporters to cover Thursday
- All the prices land together when bidding closes, and you compare like for like
- Proof of delivery lands on the booking before you are asked to pay
No carrier can see what another has quoted, and neither can you.
Every price opens at once, side by side, and you award the one you want.
Fill the empty leg home
See loads on your lanes before anyone picks up a phone, and bid without giving your rates away.
- Backloads on the routes you already run, with the closing time on the screen
- Your price stays sealed, so nobody undercuts you on a number they were shown
- Your driver's POD sits on the booking, so the invoice is checked against the rate you agreed instead of queried three weeks later

Know who is collecting your load
Every company is checked before it can post or bid. We record the registered company name and registration number, the VAT details and who has authority to act for the business, and we approve shipping, carrying and brokering separately rather than all at once.
Free to post. Free to bid.
You only pay when a load is actually booked, and you see the fee before you award it.
Posting a load is free
Publish as many loads as you like and take as many bids as you like. Nothing is charged for putting work on the network.
Bidding is free
See open loads and bid on them at no cost. There is no subscription to look at the board or to quote.
A platform fee on the award
When a booking is confirmed a platform fee applies to the customer. You are quoted the exact amount while you review the bids, and you have to accept it before the award goes through.
Already running OMEX Suite? Same sign-in, no second account. Direct ERP integration is on the way, so freight tendered in Suite will appear here and the carrier, POD and cost will come back to the delivery.
Questions people ask before registering
What is actually checked before my company can trade?
We identify the legal entity that will sign the contracts and record its registered name, registration number and VAT details. Whoever registers declares what authority they hold to act for that business. Shipping, carrying and brokering are then reviewed and approved one at a time, so being cleared for one does not clear you for the others.
I am cleared to ship. Can I start hauling too?
Not straight away. Shipping, carrying and brokering are approved separately, so a verified shipper is reviewed again before it can carry. It is the same account and the same workspace, though, and you do not register a second time.
My company is already on OMEX Connect. What do I do?
Ask to join it rather than setting up a second one. When you create a workspace we look for a business that is already registered, and if we find yours you can send a join request to whoever owns it.
Can a broker act for my business?
Only with your written authority. A broker can ask you for a mandate, and until you give it they cannot publish, bid or book anything on your behalf.
I am a driver. Can I sign up?
Not yet. Driver profiles open with their own release. In the meantime a transport company that is already on the network can invite you, and you keep that profile when driver registration opens.
How does the fee work?
Posting and bidding cost nothing. A platform fee applies to the customer when a booking is confirmed. You are shown the exact fee while you are reviewing bids and you have to accept it before the award goes through, so it is never a surprise later.
What happens if a delivery goes wrong?
The booking, the signed POD and the invoice sit on one record, with every bid, award and change kept against whoever made it and when. A disagreement starts from what was actually agreed and actually delivered, rather than from two different spreadsheets.
